This class is open to the public and therefore you will have an opportunity to meet other curious minds while embarking on this educational experience. Utilizing a class setup of both demonstration and hands-on cooking, you will receive a complete guide to creating an elegant and complete pasta dish that you can prepare when cooking at home. Watch as the chef demonstrates creating the pasta dough and talks through the finer points of pasta making. Enjoy your tasting plate of hand-made pasta in our outdoor courtyard dining space while sipping a complimentary tasting pour of our Memoir red blend wine.
