Beaujolais Nouveau with Monika Bielka-Vescovi, DipWSET and NVWA Director

You know that Beaujolais can be young and fruity, but you might not know that the region has so much more to offer. During this Masterclass, we’ll explore 10 Crus of Beaujolais and learn about soil and winemaking influences on styles of wines. We’ll taste Gamay grape varieties and learn how to recognize them by evidence from the glass. And we’ll find out that not all Beaujolais are made with carbonic maceration.

Why the 3rd Thursday of November? You’re probably wondering what the big deal about this day is. Well, it’s a celebration of the end of harvest in Beaujolais and an opportunity to taste some delicious wines from top producers of the region. We know you’re excited to celebrate with us so join us for this fun and informative Masterclass.
