Celebrate the amazing female chefs of the Culinary Institute of America at The Grove at Copia all through the month of March. Another proud alumna of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Daniela was born and raised in Queens, NY. She has spent much of her career working with MINA Group, opening numerous restaurants and acting as an ambassador for the MINA brand. Now at Estiatorio Ornos, her skills across a variety of cuisines inspires her creativity every day. We look forward to tasting her unique take on Mediterranean cuisine at The Grove at CIA at Copia.
